If we talk about which player has the most runs in the world, then let us us tell you that the highest run scorer is ' Sachin Tendulkar' who has made the world record of scoring the most runs in ODI cricket match. He has played 452 innings in 463 ODI and score 18426 runs .

1- Sachin Tendulkar

•Sachin Tendulkar Among the batsman who have scored the most runs in international cricket, 'Sachin Tendulkar' comes first. He has played 200 tests, 463 ODIs and 1 T-20 match in all three formats of international cricket, in which he hold the record of the highest run scorer in his international career by scoring a total of 34357 runs.

2- KUMAR SANGAKKARA

• Kumar Sangakkara come on the second number of the player who scored the most runs. Kumar Sangakkara is a Sri Lanka player who has played 380 innings in 404 ODIs and he has scored a total of 28016 runs in all formats of his international career.

3- RICKY PONTING

• Ricky Ponting who is a successful Australia Batsman. He has also been the captain of Australia, he has  also won the world cup to Australia under his captaincy. Ricky Ponting played 375 ODIs and scored 27483 runs in all formats of international career.

4- MAHELA JAYAWARDENE

•Mahela Jayawardene is also a Sri Lanka player and this is the second highest run scored from Sri Lanka. He has played 149 test matches, 448 ODIs and 55 T-20 matches. He has scored 25957 runs in all formats of international career.

5- JACQUES KALLIS.     • Jacques Kallis is a successful and great player from Africa. This is also included in the list of the highest run scorer. He has played 166 tests, 328 ODIs , and 25 T-20 matches in all three formats of his international career, scoring a total of 25534 runs.

6- RAHUL DRAVID

7- VIRAT KOHLI

8- BRIAN LARA

9- SANATH JAYASURIYA

• Sanath Jayasuriya is also a Sri Lanka Batsman who is the third highest run scorer for Sri Lanka. He has played 110 tests, 445 ODIs and 30 T-20 matches in all three formats of his international career and has scored a total of 21032 runs.

10- SHIVNARINE CHANDERPAL

•Shivnarine Chanderpal comes at number 10 in the list of the player who scored the most runs. He is one of the famous player of West Indies. He has played 164 tests, 268 ODIs and 22 t-20 matches in his international career and has scored a total of 20988 runs.
